Leadership Driving Regional Transformation
The Central Texas Growth Foundation (CTXGF) is a private, non-political, invitation-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to accelerating inclusive macroeconomic growth across Central Texas.
We operate at the intersection of private industry, institutional leadership, and strategic capital, convening decision-makers, innovators, and experts to design and execute high-impact initiatives that expand regional GDP, strengthen competitiveness, and position Central Texas as a leading economic hub in the United States.
Unlike traditional organizations, CTXGF is built for immediate execution—transforming vision into measurable outcomes through strategic alignment, disciplined capital deployment, and cross-sector collaboration.
“Where strategy, capital, and leadership converge to shape the future economy of Central Texas.”
CTXGF follows these operating principles:
We prioritize action and measurable outcomes over concepts—turning strategy into implemented initiatives that generate real economic impact.
We leverage private-sector discipline, speed, and innovation to deliver outcomes that benefit the broader community and regional economy.
We convene leaders across industry, academia, and government to align efforts, eliminate fragmentation, and amplify regional impact.
We deploy and attract capital strategically—maximizing impact, unlocking additional investment, and ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
We rely on economic data, expert analysis, and measurable KPIs to guide strategy, evaluate performance, and ensure accountability.
We focus on initiatives that strengthen Central Texas' position as a globally competitive economic region—not just short-term gains.
We promote the adoption of advanced technologies, new economic models, and forward-thinking solutions to accelerate growth.
We uphold the highest standards of governance, ethics, and accountability to maintain credibility with partners, donors, and stakeholders.
We are committed to growth that expands opportunity, improves quality of life, and benefits communities across the region.
